MOSS™ Subcription

The MOSS™ (Managed on Site Servers) maintenance subscription service is where renewed servers are delivered to site and owned, fully managed, maintained and warrantied by VMS Co. throughout their life. This service has many of the benefits of cloud solutions, whilst addressing many of the common limitations facing Cloud VMS and CCTV solutions. Most critically, it enables customers to record video at the frame rates and quality required for the time periods needed in secure applications.

The MOSS™ subscription addresses critical Cloud VMS deployment limitations, by:

• Removing multiple points of system failure
• Removing video streaming costs into the Cloud datacentre
• Replacing Cloud (someone else’s server) with our MOSS™ (Managed On Site Server)

We offer an entirely new range of servers to purchase, which comes with the manufacturers warranty, or our renewed MOSS™ servers which have a 7-year, field-engineer-driven warranty with next-business-day support and parts, 9-to-5 help desk and portal-based ticketing system.
