How MOSS™ Maintenance works

When VMS Co. supplies MOSS™ (Managed On Site Servers), whether purchased outright or using the monthly subscription fee, the MOSS™ 7-year, 9-5 help-desk, portal ticket, field-engineer-driven, onsite, next business day with parts, warranty applies. This is a far more comprehensive warranty than the manufacturers OEM, next business day warranty, that comes with new servers.
