How MOSS™ Maintenance works
When VMS Co. supplies MOSS™ (Managed On Site Servers), whether purchased outright or using the monthly subscription fee, the MOSS™ 7-year, 9-5 help-desk, portal ticket, field-engineer-driven, onsite, next business day with parts, warranty applies. This is a far more comprehensive warranty than the manufacturers OEM, next business day warranty, that comes with new servers.

Video Management Servers Co. has processing facilities for building servers and PCs and providing SLA support. These sites also provide our Forward Stocking Location (FSL) infrastructure, allowing us to move spares around our network in order to support customer SLAs and guarantee uptime.
