MOSS™ Maintenance vs OEM Warranty

How MOSS™ Maintenance works

When VMS Co. supplies MOSS™ (Managed On Site Servers), the monthly subscription fee includes the server hardware and its ongoing maintenance. The server is the property of VMS Co. Should an issue or fault occur with a MOSS™ server, the customer logs the fault using our Maintenance Ticket Process and our engineer-driven, maintenance support service takes over. This maintenance service is designed to ensure maximum system uptime and fast issue resolution. It is a far more comprehensive support service than an OEM manufacturer's warranty.

VMS Co. offers bespoke MOSS™ Maintenance plans at a lower cost than the OEM manufacturer's warranty.
