VMS Co. uses Intel-based processors in its servers to process and manage the video camera channels within a VMS system. The processor is the system ‘engine’, determining the number of video channels it can handle, as well as the number of concurrent, remote viewing client PCs it can process.
The standard VMS Co. product range uses the following processors which deliver the approximate video camera channel capability listed:
