Should a problem occur with one of our servers in the field, the fastest way to enact your 7-year warranty support is to raise a SERVICE TICKET on our web-based portal.

Our 7-Year Warranty includes Field Engineer onsite Next Business Day (NBD) support with parts as standard, and covers customers for:
- Unlimited Incidents
- Labour, parts replacement and transportation inclusive
- Hardware problem isolation and determination
- Remote problem analysis and assistance
- Assistance with identifying failing products/components
- Assistance with remote problem determination and resolution
- Recover system up to 'hardware functioning level' if the problem is due to hardware.
