MOSS™ SUBSCRIPTION - OBSERVE™ Clients
The MOSS™ OBSERVE™ Client range from VMS Co. is purpose-built for viewing multiple, concurrent video streams on multiple monitors within video management systems. The range uses renewed servers, built with components and boards of known longevity, and comes with a 7-year, 9-5 help-desk, portal ticket, field-engineer-driven onsite, next business day with parts, warranty.
The range listed is available to buy outright at half the new price, or using our monthly, MOSS™ (Managed On Site Server) maintenance subscription fee.

Concurrent D1 Streams and Monitors
Each MOSS™ Client has a maximum number of monitor connections and recommended maximum number of concurrent D1 streams quoted. The concurrent D1 streams is a budget quantity which may be allocated across all quoted monitors or some of the monitors or a single monitor, depending on the viewing requirements of the system. In heavy use cases, where many camera channels are being processed and viewed, it is the concurrent D1 stream quantities that determine the specification and performance of the Client, rather than the number of monitor channels.
