OBSERVE™ MOSS™ Clients

The MOSS™ OBSERVE™ Client range from VMS Co. is purpose-built for viewing multiple, concurrent video streams on multiple monitors within video management systems. The following range is available to buy using our unique, monthly, MOSS™ (Managed On Site Server) maintenance subscription fee. 

Each MOSS™ Client has a maximum number of monitor connections and recommended maximum number of concurrent D1 streams quoted. The concurrent D1 streams is a budget quantity which may be allocated across all quoted monitors or some of the monitors or a single monitor, depending on the viewing requirements of the system. In heavy use cases, where many camera channels are being processed and viewed, it is the concurrent D1 stream quantities that determine the specification and performance of the Client, rather than the number of monitor channels.

The minimum specifications for each server or workstation have been listed. If VMS Co. has availability of higher specification components, these may be used instead. Performance will not be compromised, it will be enhanced.
